The Linhay is
available for week long bookings all year, and short breaks during the
winter season. From 5 November 2011 - 18 December 2011, and 7
January 2012 - 31 March 2012, week bookings are £270, and short breaks
(minimum 3 nights) are £150 for first three nights and £30 per night after.
22 - 29 December and 29 December - 5 January are £380 per week. Please contact Catherine for availability.
We have one self catering holiday house, the
Linhay, a converted cart shed. Having refurbished the Longhouse we had the
opportunity to let it out long term to tenants, and have decided to do so,
starting at Easter 2010. Our tenants, Gary and Andrew, along with their dogs
Jack and Mabel, originally came on holiday to the Linhay some
years ago. They kept coming back(!), and have now moved down here, and
bought and run a bistro in Bude. So be warned, coming here on holiday can
really change your life!
We would like to think that the Linhay is well equipped and has a
friendly homely feel to it. Included in the holiday rental price is
electricity, oil fired central heating, bed linen and towels. We do not provide cot bedding or stair gates.
We do not charge extra for dogs, or limit the number of dogs you
can bring (well, within reason of course!).

The Linhay
Ground floor: Lounge with dining area and double doors to
patio and garden, large main bedroom with double doors to patio and garden,
bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, kitchen. Stairs from lounge lead to
mezzanine floor, leading to small bedroom with two single beds under the
eaves.
Provided: cot, microwave, electric cooker,
washer/dryer, radio, colour TV with freeview, dvd player, garden furniture and sun
loungers. Parking for 2 cars.
Maximum occupancy: theoretically 4 adults, but upstairs
bedroom is more suited to children due to limited space and sloping
ceilings, so generally maximum occupancy is 2 adults, 2 children + 1 infant
(under 2 yrs, sleeping in cot).
